Responsibilities of a Prospect GWMC The following is just a helper to all those who are Prospects for GWMC 1. Add ALL GWMC members to your FRIENDSLIST: a. Request members when you see them in Second Life. Suggest that you PM the MC member and announce that you are a prospect for GWMC and would like to add them to your friends list. b. Go to PROFILE Page: Search GWMC. Request all members that have logged into their profile within the last 12 months. 2. Greeting GWMC members: a. When you see other prospect or GWMC members, make sure to at the very least say "hello" or acknowledge them with some kind of greeting. b. Some members you may not see online because of rl. Make sure you send them an email or greeting. They need to know who you are. They cannot vote YES for you to become a member if they do not know what your name or who you are. 3. Club Functions: a. As a prospect you are required to attend ANY and ALL GWMC sponsored functions. If you have a rl commitment you are required to notify your SPONSOR that you will not be in attendance. b. While at a Club Sponsored event you are required to Greet. When you report to the club, check in with Club Managers to find out what duties you will have for that evening. 1.) Greeting....... it is your responsibility to greet anyone and everyone as they enter or re-enter the club. This also announces in LOCAL to everyone who is there. c. At the end of the EVENT it is the responsibility of the GREETERS and BARTENDERS to notify that the Bar is clean, floors are swept, trash picked up, Coolers filled and order is laying on the bar. At this time they will tell you what still needs to be done or relieve you of your duties. PROSPECTS ARE NOT PERMITTED TO DRINK DURING THE FUNCTIONS! 4. GWMC Prospect CUT a. You are REQUIRED to wear your GWMC Prospect Cut at any and all GWMC Functions. If you are on GWMC property you had better have that GWMC Prospect Cut on!!! b. You are REQUIRED to wear your GWMC Prospect Cut whenever you are in TRANSIT. If a patched member sees you without your Prospect cut on they will report back to one of the Officers and you will be approached about it. c. If you are on your parcel, you DO NOT have to wear your Prospect cut. d. If you are in a club and there are NO OTHER GWMC members there... you are NOT required to wear your Prospect Cut, however if 2 or more GWMC members notify you that they are jumping to you, COVER YOUR ASS and apply you Prospect vest. If they just join you, without notification, no need to change.
