GWMC MEETINGS

MEETINGS: 1. Organized meetings will be set by Board. Notification will be sent out. "make Sure to read Any Notices marked GWMC!!" 2.Majority rules (51%); ties will be decided by the Pres. 3. If a vote is taken at a meeting and a member is not there, his or her vote is void. 4.Meetings will be closed for prospects, only time anyone who is a non member or prospect is allowing at the tribal table is when there is a need for said persons to be there. 5. Prospects will not be present during Membership Voting. After voting they will be allowed to come in unless said member being voted on was not approved. Which you will be messaged to come or you were not voted in and don't bother. 6.All meetings will be run on a parliamentary basis. You need to be recognized/permission to speak. Members will be evicted for unruly conduct. 7. Members must be of sound mind (not hyped up on alcohol or drugs) when attending meetings. 8.Missing three (3) meetings in a row as a patched member your voting rights will be revoked until you’re in compliance. If continues the Board can set sanctions including dismissal if needed. 9.Missing a meeting you will need to contact an officer with a good reason i.e.…have to work,family issues, real emergency, in jail. 10.Secretary WILL keep all attendance records and report to SA & Board of any attendance problems. and if the secretary leaves GWMC or is booted from GWMC..they will hand over the records to the pres and vp. so that can be passed down to the new Sec.
